My Complaint Description:
I have subscribed to 10 Mbps plan, initially it was up to the marks. But After 6 months it’s working like 2G especially in night time (after 8:00 PM). They are cheating with the customer, it seems like they are configuring the auto bandwidth cut off based on time. Here is what I’m getting the “DYNAMIC” speed.
1. Morning time – As per the plan

2. Noon time – Average

3. During Night time – Really poor

I have called customer support to fix the issue, but every time they have had only one reason “OUR SERVER IS TEMPORARILY DOWN”, even I have sent email to support and nodal office as well but the response is auto generated every time, they are not looking in to the email.

The one thing I really surprised that in all the above three case UPLOAD speed is really good, this means there were no issue with the server but issue is with stupid bandwidth controller.

  1. I am suffering from your internet service since last 20 days , the problem is my internet is stop working after 11;00 PM at every night . I registered my complain so many times ( complain Number : 1387428, 1381899, 1427934 ) even my problem not solved yet, I come to know from customer care Mr. Yash Joshi ( Technician ) resolved my case. But same problem facing every day. I called to my local service provide Mr. Mahesh Sharma ( 8238068575/ 9723670223 ) he is also not responding , even they are not ready to understand my problem, they explained me everything is okay .they might be not interested to solve my problem and most important thing kindly train them hot to behave with customers.
