My Complaint Description:
In my area MGVCL staff has cut internet cables which were placed on their poles so my internet services is discontinued. I have complained about that at GTPL Customer Care Center on 17/05/2016. My complain no. is 1275771. At that time they informed me that because they have to laid down new cable network it will take around a week to resolve the issue. Within that period they have laid cable near my place but they have not connected it to cable of my place. Again i contaced at GTPL Customer Care Center n they told me it will resolve within 3 days. Again & Again I call & I get the same answer. I Complained again for not resolving the issue on 15/06/2016. My complain no. is 1353818. They told me it will resolve within 24 hours. After 24 hours it still not resolved. Please help me to resolve this issue
