My Complaint Description:
DEAR SIR, MYSELF PORAS VADHER, I GOT CONNECTION OF GTPL BROADBAND FOR NET USE. 27TH MAY 2016 I COMPLAINT FOR STOPPED MY NET, BUT STILL NOW IT IS NOT START.
I CALLED 1ST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TOLD ME THAT MY PROBLEM WILL RESOLVED IN NEXT 24 WORKING HOUR, AFTER THAT THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER COMES TO MY PLACE AND FIND OUT THAT DP CABLE WAS CUT DOWN, BUT THERE ARE NO ANY FURTHER PROCEDURE THEY DID, AND THEY GONE. WHEN I CALLED AGAIN AT CUSTOMER CARE FOR UPDATION OF MY COMPLAINT, THEY TOLD ME THAT MY COMPLAINT RESOLVED, BUT STILL NOW DP CABLE IT CUT, AND MY NET IS NOT WORKING, THEN HOW MY PROBLEM RESOLVED. I DID NOT GET ANY PROPER REPLY FROM GTPL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I NEED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
