My Complaint Description:
i got a new connection broadband of gtpl from 20 jan 2016 . from the other day i could only use the service around from evening 6 to other day morning 9 . i was unable to use remaing time the services . it continued around 12 feb . i called regarding this to care . they said your problem will solve as possible as soon . i waited n waited so much time but the day internet unplugged problem never be solved out . after around 13 feb the service totally disccontinue . yes , that i could use the service at night also stop . so i called another day regarding this my internet facilicty totally stopped . Customer care replied its maintaence problem , it would be active as soon as. i waited more and called again and again … they replied various type fibre cut , maintanace , your area working problem , baroda connectivity down etc …… after it only one day approximately 23 feb which date i could use the net . but between this the technisian never visit for the customer problem . i called so many times . customer care always try to put off the phone by saying any type of reason and gently said your problem will solve but the problem still as such as remain .almost a month has passed but my problem remais as such as previous . some of complained to file customer care and they sent message another day your problem solved ….bu not solved in really ……complaint no.1031738, 1035883,1040029,1065693,1080557,1083141,1111666.
HOPE FOR THE BETTER SERVICES FROM GTPL BUT THEY ARE WORST .
