My Complaint Description:
I have subscribed one year data plan which gives access to 500 GB data in a period of 12 months, and I have paid approx 6300 Rd. For it. Now since last one month I am facing the problem of frequent disconnection of data. The error mentions ' Error 651 ' , which is according to GTPL is a technical issue .
When I lodged a complaint in the month of May, the technical person came and solved the issue for that day and clearly told that GTPL need to give me a power modem installed to bring the permanent solution of the Error 651. The person who visited my home also promised me to get it installed in a day. But he never appeared after that. I kept on facing the issue on weekly basis.
Now, since last one week, the frequency OF disconnection is so high, and I am hardly getting connection since last one week. I have regularly complained about the issue as on 2nd , 4th , 5th June . But what I get every time is a false promise from customer care person. No technical person has visited me for the solution of this problem. I managed to talk with supervisors of customer care team also, name Mr Jay Khalash and Mr akash Chaudhary. They also kept on omitting mugged up lines like ' we are sorry for the inconvenience ' but none was able to give me the solution for the issue. And till now on 6 th June evening, I am still suffering the disconnection.
I am a associate manager in a pharmaceutical company. I have to do my routine admin work using the data connection. In case of failure of doing so, causes sheer damage to the image and also put my job in danger. Kindly understand it's not possible to manage it for weeks. I am facing the serious issues due to this disconnection issue.
My first request is to take appropriate steps so that I get my deserved connectivity.
And if they are not willing to provide the same or are unable to provide , in that case I request to give me the full amount of my subscription . So that I can choose some capable broadband provider.
