My Complaint Description:
I enrolled for GTPL Broadband services for a yearly plan, where they were supposed to provide me an internet broadband connection, uninterrupted till the subscribed GB data is used up or the tenure of one year is over [whichever is earlier]. But since subscription, there was a prolonged interruption of connection say for more than 10 hrs for nearly 4 times or more in last 3 months. The complains were registered and even they promised for re cabling of the broadband, but nothing happened and the problems continue. This sometimes create disturbance as I'm planning to go to Europe and need a lot of things to be completed online in time. Also my daughter is appearing for GUJCET where forms are to be filled online. Apart from that a lot of online work need to be completed, as I've my hospital data online.
So, please take proper action against GTPL Broadband provider so that this type of poor services and interrupted net connections does not happen in future.
