My Complaint Description:
I have taken a six-month plan (SMART-512-2MBPS-6M) from the gtpl broadband and I have made payment using check on 15/07/2016. The plan is valid up to 01/12/2017, but as we have done shifting to our new house they are denying for re-shifting. At the time of purchasing plan, I have also informed the sales person that we are going to shift next month and the sales person has guaranteed me the shifting will be done. As I have only used 1 month from the plan, I have kindly applied for the refund of the remaining money. but they refused to do that and instead of refunding my amount they are saying me just sorry.
