Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Myself Mr. AmitKumar Parmar, residing at Vadodara. Almost every week I possess 4 day "Man Fave Tya Faro Yojana" pass. I got the pass from 07-06-2016 to 10-06-2016. On 10th june 2016, As per my daily routine I was waiting for bus at CTM Cross-road, Express highway Ahmedabad. I waited for almost 1 hour, then I got a bus (Deesa-Navsari) at 22.45. I took the bus and showed up my pass to the conductor and asked him to give me the toll-tax ticket, which worths 7.00 INR. But the conductor refused to give me the ticket and asked me to take the full ticket of Ahmedabad to Vadodara, because he didn't know about the toll-tax ticket. Then I refused to take the full ticket. So, he angrily misbehaved with me and told me to get off the bus. When I said I have the pass, then he told me to get the full ticket after 12.00 midnight. We reached at Vadodara toll plaza at 12.02 midnight and immediately the conductor gave me the full ticket of Ahmedabad to Vadodara. Now, main issue is that, the bus I took was expected to reach Vadodara by 23.00 on 10-06-2016. So, on which basis the conductor gave me the wrong ticket and asked me to get off the bus?
