My Complaint Description:
1. I have purchased xolo play 8x-1100 ,its imei no : 911387550230147 on dated 3rd jan,15.

There was the problem of Battery charging. So i went to xolo service center. from 21st may continue i am going to xolo service center for this issue.then they send my mobile to back-end for repair. I got my mobile after 10 days.Now a new issue has been started, speaker option is not working.now every day i m going to service center for problem resolution.

2. I have another XOLO Q1200 1113dgq1200lb ,purchase date 20-08-2014.same mobile charging issue with that phone also. Without charger that goes switched off witihin 5min time duration.

New work order is 510002721671 , date -4-07-2015,part-main port & mother board.My phone is in pathetic situation.service center is not giving me my phone back due to the spare parts issue. i am waiting for my phone from last 3 months.Pankaj is talking with me in very rude tone.When i asked the part, i told me you will not understand. I know my product & my customer too He insulted by. How can he decide that i can understand or not.

I NEED MY PHONE REPLACEMENT NOW.
