My Complaint Description:
Booked flight tickets from Chennai to Dehradun in October 2018 for a flight of 16th November 2018 from HAPPY EASY GO website. The flight was of Indigo Airlines for about a sum of Rs. 10,290 /- .
Because of some personal reasons had to cancel the flight 2-3 days later when I booked it. Since, the flight was refundable, we waited for the refund for 2 days and then we called Happy Easy Go customer support where they said that they had not received the money from the respective airlines. Called up airlines and they confirmed they have sent the money to the respective gateway from which we booked tickets. Called up HAPPY EASY GO customer support, they filed complaint but since then no response over the matter nor the matter has been solved. Now they are not picking up calls or replying to emails
