My Complaint Description:
This is to inform your team that SBI Credit Card department has given wrong information's, promises,
and statements.

1st. In December by bill was for Rs.22057 in which I converted 3 amount Rs.2500+Rs.4059+Rs.10000 =
Rs.16559 in to EMI's for 9 months and the amount is Rs.2039. So, Rs.22057-Rs.16559 = Rs.5498. I paid
Rs.5498 after discussing it with Customer Care. I also received 1-2 calls every day for the less
payment. I use to say them I have the done the payment as required after speaking to customer care,
don't remember the dates may be between 18th Dec 2015 to 30th Dec 2015.

2nd. I was said when I'll pay the Annual Fees for Rs. 4999, I'll receive vouchers of Rs. 5000 for
Indigo, Lifestyle & Jabong each. This information was given when I was suppose to get the Signature

3rd. Now when I spoke to Mr. Reshi Bilal about this, he said that due to miscommunication previous
offers has been taken off and there are new offers. We are giving Rs.5000 Coupons for,
Jabong, Shopperstop, Mark & Spencers, & Westside (Each). With this very statements I was satisfied and
I said ok, will wait for the coupons. Wanted to change my address as well for that Mr. Bilal sent me 2
Test Emails.

4th. Today when I called SBI about my bill they said that the Bill statement is correct. I asked them,
I have already clubbed Rs.2500+Rs.4059+Rs.10000 = Rs.16559 in to EMI's for 9 months and the amount is
Rs.2039 then why Rs.2500+Rs.4059 is showing in my new bills. Then Mr. Reyman was not trying to
understand me and was raising his voice as well. I spoke to his supervisor Mr. Rajesh Kumar, he was
also saying the same words and was not trying to understand my issue. I spoke to them for 1 hour and 10
Minutes, call charges was also applicable it cost me around Rs.200-300. Mr. Rajesh told me that I'll
receive a callback from them next day, I said that I want this in written on my email which he denied.

I din't wanted to trust at all. SBI has seriously came down as a bank and Customer Care is RIDICULOUS

Then i spoke to Manager name Mr. Abhishek and informed about my issues he said about the same words.
They will investigate and all which was not acceptable. I seriously cried because I was hurt with the
help. I said, I'll go further about this.

There might be few words that I might have missed though I want an answer with proper resolution and to
be paid for the harassment given by SBI department.
