My Complaint Description:
I have an internet connection of M/S Hathway from surat. I have paid 16 month advance payment for the connection. My internet often gets disconnected. They attend the issue after repeated complaints numbers of time. In recent incident, I loss connectivity about 10 days back. Inspite of my repeated complaints, they did not attend that. I have made about 15 complaints at-least at a rate of one to 3 complaint every day. Every time the executives of customer care says that it will attended today itself but their engineer never comes and sort out the issue. Even today they repeated the same rant that it will be attended today. When I asked the time, they refused to give any time shedule to attend the job. When I asked to give the number of his boss, he refused to give. Now I am very much in trouble how to deal with this Hath way guys since I have paid the amount in advance. They do not take action on any issue at all. I request all my friends to deal very consciously while dealing with Hathway.
Be careful and and choose a better connection. I am sure that if you choose hathway, You are going to face a big problem. Nobody will listen to your complaint and you will continue to pay without any service.
