My Complaint Description:
I issued a cheque to the company of 3500 INR on the 28/1/2014. They started the connection on 14/2/2014. They promised us to install the connection within seven working days which apparently did not happend. It took them more than 15 working days to initiate the installation where we had to call their executive on a daily basis to get an update on installation. Even after that, the services are pathetic. I have made calls to their helpdesk service almost everyday ever since the connection was installed but unfortunately the executives have registered only 5 of those complaints in their system and the rest 11 complaints are not registered. Everytime I call the hepldesk there is only one response given ”Sir / Madam we will get it checked / today the technical person will visit you” But, neither does it get resolved nor did anyone come from the technical department. It was only one day that i got really furious on the phone call with helpdesk (on 20th Feb) that the technical person came to do the repair. But soon after he left the connection was lost again. There inconsistency with product/services and irresponsible behavior of the so called ”helpdesk” has compelled me today to register this complaint today. None of our emails have been answered till today even when they were addressed to the Head Office. There seems no way of getting a response from this firm.
