My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,
I am a preferred customer of HDFC bank. I am paying credit card payment regularly with 1-2 exceptions. For this bank had charged me approximate Rs. 22766/- as finance charges & late fee charges Rs.1400/-
HDFC had not informed me about delay charges with 3.5% ROI per month, Late fee rs.700/- while offering credit card.
I have asked bank to pay me at 2.5 to 3% ROI on my HDFC bank account balance as per credit card ROI. For which HDFC had denied.
It is very injustice to customer to pay 37% ROI on credit card non payment per year, while HDFC bank give 6% ROI per annum.
I am ready to pay all credit card payment, if HDFC pays me same or 0.5% less ROI then credit card on my monthly balance in HDFC saving bank account.

I need your advise pl.
