My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,

We have purchased one product Pureit WPWS100. When we have installed at that time only the device was not working properly and we have made a complaint and there was a battery problem.

Please answer my question that if a person is purchasing new product you are putting old batteries in the Purifier and again after 3 months the purifier is not working. When we lodge a complaint your customer service executive is saying that it is chargeable. So in a year I have to spend around 1500 for just batteries and the price is as same as the price of the unit.

I am really very disappointed with HUL. Previously HUL was a brand and it has the name in the market but now i guess HUL is just doing business by giving low quality products.

In my invoice it is clearly mentioned that the device is under warranty. I would like to ask you that why you have not mentioned clearly that only service will cover under Warranty.
