My Complaint Description:
I have bought Hitachi 1.5 ton split a.c in 2014 April month.As i have bought for new house we have rarelu used the same for 4 months as due to some problem we moved to old house.. In those 4 months also we have lodged several complaints. Again we shift here at new home on 24th may have lodged a complaint as cooling was not there person has visited and said there was a gas leakage on asking the reason he failed to provide proper answer. Again on 4th June I called service centre to complete the leakage problem they ensured to served the same within 48 hours.I called several time but no proper response given while asking for justification they said you can contact management or Graham suraksha but we will try to serve on Monday only this is more than 10 days to serve which is not justified.
Again to solve gas leak problem they asking for 4000 which is not justified as it should not be there as a.c. not used for 4 months even.
Looking for justification as customer from such a rude behaviour and faulty company.
