My Complaint Description:
Hi,
I have request on 10th march hitachi company to solve bad smell problem but technician just do dry services and told me after two day smell gone but problem would not solved.

So after that I will also request on 4th April hitachi to provide proper solutions so technician just added “detrol water” in AC and told wait for 2 days still bad smell issue solved but still problem not solved.

After that I again complain to hitachi 6th April and they will asked for bill and I was provide bill details and hitachi technical told me that need to change some AC spare parts and zonal office chetan called me (10th April) and info wait for 4-5 days spare parts not available.

Chetan will final commitment that you issue will 100% solve on 16th April.
I have too much time call to customer care number and chat with hitachi website.
