AS PER HOME SHOP 18  REQUEST , I AM WAITING FOR COLLECT DEFECTIVE PRODUCT . BUT TILL DATE NO ONE COME TO MY HOME TO COLLECT DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WHICH HOME SHOP 18 SEND ME.
SOME DAYS BEFORE   I have place ordered for dual Sim mobile product code 57702 (Airfone ) date 29-11-2010 WHICH IS COMMITTED BY HOME SHOP 18 FREE HOME DELIVERY BUT  BY HOME SHOP 18 ARE NOT FULL FILLING HIS  COMMITMENT THAT MEANS I HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ON 04/12/2010 FROM YOUR SUPPLIER WHICH IS 100% INCOMPLETE THAT MEANS FIRST OF ALL IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ,NOT CHARGING & NOT SWITCHING ON ALSO. SECONDARY THERE IS NO WARRANTY CARD, NO MANUAL USER BOOK OF THE PRODUCT, NO STYLUS, NO MEMORY CARD, NO MTV SUN GLASS THAT MEANS 100% INCOMPLETE PRODUCT & 100 % INCOMPLETE SERVICE FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID THEM  100% PAYMENT NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO & TO WHOM I GIVE COMPLAINT FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. SO NOW  HIM SHOULD COLLECT YOUR 100% INCOMPLETE PRODUCT FROM ME & GIVE MY 100% MONEY BACK ALONG WITH MY TRAVELING CHARGES IMMEDIATELY WHICH IS ALREADY PAID TO HIM . WAITING FOR HIS  IMMEDIATE ACTION FOR VERY POOR SERVICES.

    i have problem with airtel.
    I have rechage Rs 149/- internet pack but still my surfing chage deducted from my main balance and i complain 2 to 3 times in cusomer care but no body care for it. So pls help me my airtel mobile no. 9376897763
