My Complaint Description:
As per telephonic discussion from Mr. Baldevbhai to Home Shop 18, Mr. Baldevbhai has been purchased tablet (Penta Quad Core Wifi Tablet with Keyboard-Red) from the Home Shop 18. The required tablet colour was blue but Home Shop 18 given Red and Home shop 18 did not given (explanation) any kind of specification to the Customer (Mr. Baldevbhai) for Penta tablet. So, Mr. Baldevbhai is not satisfied from HS18 and he given a request to change / replace the tablet within one hour after receiving of tablet (Dated 07/12/215 Complain No. 148615929 – 7112115) but HS18 did not replied properly and said that talk after 4 days. After 4 days HS18 said that see the company policy (Within 48 hours products are changeable / replaceable).

We [Mr. Baldevbhai and Mr. JayrajMakwana M: 9016238039 (Sun of Mr. Baldevbhai)] frequently complained to the HS18 but they did not replied well and not given proper answer to us. Please find attached document (Invoice of tablet) and we are not satisfied from the HS18 product.

At present tablet is not working properly like line comes on the screen, when power off the tablet it is not shut down / power off etc still tablet is under warranty and we also visited nearest support centre today i.e. 28th December, 2015 to repair this tablet (at Ahmadabad – 3, Parshwanath Tower, Basement, Subhash Chawk, Gurukul Road, Memnagar) but they also not replied well.

It is requested to take necessary action against the Home Shop 18. Kindly do the needful for the above subject.
