My Complaint Description:
I booked a LYF Flame 3 – True 4G Android Phone (Amount Rs.3148) with order ID 997237817 from homeshop18. I place this order on 16th July 2016 with Pre-Paid order. My order was shipped through Delhivery courier partner with 13042781711 tracking ID. But product was not delivered to me. So it was returned by courier partner. And my product was received by homeshop18 on 25th July 2016. And i got sms on same day 25th July that Your order 997237817 has been returned to us and please expect a refund in 2 business days. But i didn't receive my refund so i called at homeshop18 care on 30th July with your executive (Mohammad) and he told me that you get your refund in 3 days but i didn't receive my refund in 3 days.
Again i call on 6th August 2016 for know my status that why i am not received my money so i got answer that your request is under process and you get your refund in 4 to 5 working days. I got again new timeline for get my refund. And also my call was transferred to senior executive for better service. A senior executive Vandana told me that we received your return on 3rd August 2016. And you will get your refund in 2 to 3 working days in same payment method. And she also told me that i send a reminder for your refund that you got your refund as soon as possible. But again homeshop18 not refund my money.
Again i called on 11th August (12:32 PM) and Executive Santosh was treat me but i request him that i want to talk senior executive. But he transfer my call on complain department.. Diksha from complain department was take my call. But she told me that there are some technical issue in our system so i cant help you right now.
Now again I called on complain department number on same day 01206189818 at 11th august 2:41 PM and Abhishek was receive my call. I ask him about my concern so he told me that I forward your call to senior team. Ankur from senior department take my call. I told him my whole concern. He told me that we didn't receive any update from account department so I forward your concern to account department on urgent base for give us update about your refund. I ask him about SLA (Service Level Agreement) of company that what is the SLA rule of Homeshop18 for customers. And he told me that SLA timeline is finished for your concern. And your concern was not solved by us as given timeline by us. And I ask him for any higher department but he told me that this is the last stage for verbal communication. But you can send mail on our mail address and i send you our mail address via SMS. But i didn't get SMS for mail address from Ankur.
No one executive give me a perfect answer.
I also send a mail on homeshop18 official support site but i receive only automatic generated mail from there side.

I really tired from homeshop18 services so I complain here. I Hope GRAHAK SURAKSHA TEAM understand my problem and I get revert as soon as possible from your side. Its my humble request make also some punishment to homeshop18 so they take there customers seriously.
