Would like to bring all the buyers attention of Honda 2 wheeler, the service after sales in Nerul Bhavna Motors is pathetic. Please take this as Important note that your deal with these sales executive very care fully in advance. Because once you get delivery of your honda 2 wheeler then you as buyer are considered as a piece of shit and will not be treated well as you were treated on first day when you as Individual visited the show room. Imagine the picture or memory on first day of your visit as we will be treated like king as customer but soon or later you realises after sales that you are no more their king customer. The reason is there purpose was met to get sales for Honda 2 wheeler company and their Individual target is met to show themself as big achiever in front of their boss and management.
I would like to share my experience with Honda 2 wheeler, the service after sales in Nerul Bhavna Motors, my brother bought Activa 3G on 3th Sptember 2016 as told by staff that they will deliver at home, I thought it was fine. I did parked Activa aside for few days untill we were waiting to get Register Number plate from RTO. Soon we got to know that we have finally received the approved number plate from RTO, happily we rushed to show room to get it. There I did showed them some defects of 2 screw missing in Activa from side and also few minor scratch in front guard. As I took it lightly and I did moved on from there. Later I did saw some more defect on front right side of shock-ups that It was showing some scratch line which I did not notice in other Activa. I did showed this Issue as well to sales guys (Amar) with Mechanic also inspected it. Sooner or later they started convincing me that this Issue is OK nothing to worry and started building story that since my brother took the Activa delivery at home and after getting the delivery it is assumed that customer is 100% assured to take the delivery of Activa. Once you get the delivery it is not the responsibility of Honda Bhanva Motors to look after any Issue related to it, since customer has already did the purchase deal and further it is lookout of customer to deal with it personally.
This has been a worst experience with me from Honda 2 wheeler Bhavna Motors sales executive. I will recommend all the buyer be aware of this type of service. It was totally unacceptable for me. Guys its upto you to decide how you as Individual wanted to get treated from them. So it your call now. But I will say it was night mare for me to see this type lost minded guys doing bad ass service for company like Honda.
