My Complaint Description:
I am Mohammad Saffan Shaikh, from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. On 19th of Sept. 2015, I bought new activa 3g of blue colour from Emerald Honda Shahibag, Ahmedabad. Till the time I have purchased activa contentiously, I am facing different-different problems. Only in a month of the time period, 4 parts of the Activa has been changed and still it needs more maintenance.

Even 3 times, I have called in the customer care and I described each and every thing in detailed but still not satisfactory answer from them as well. My ticket num. from the customer care is Q327867. I also want to tell you that the response of executives and showroom in charge is very very average and bad towards customer its buyers’ market today and not the sellers’ market so be responsible and professional.

I want Replacement activa & I don’t change any types of parts again & again Bcoz I bought a new Activa not Second Hand. because I am completely done with the advice and suggestions. Again, I am mentioning that I want an “Appropriate and Satisfactory” solution.

  1. On 31 march 2017 my father have purchased Honda shine but today 18 April 2017 the bike is undelivered. The customer care and dealer (Mangalam Honda Karwar) have no shame because we are asking them politely. It was my mistake to buy any Honda vehicle. If this is the case how will be the after sale service. Never buy without reviewing.
