Hello Sir/Mam,

I bought HTC Desire 500 model for 19500=00 as on 30/11/2013.
from Rajkot, Gujarat.
Its still in one year warranty period.

After few months it started showing some issues related to screen, system etc. I submitted it for 3-4 times, each and every time phone was dispatched to me without resolving the problem and they kept me telling to resubmit, i did it for few times and again recently i got it without making any changes and it seems they are incapable to solve it.
also they are keeping my device for 10-15 days each time i submit.

I talked to their customer care executive, they are now telling me to submit it again and they are telling me that they will replace it, and for that also telling me to submit the phone back, i suspect that they may not replace it and will give me the same device back or i may get another so called compiled device.

Also i told them to replace me in two days, they told it may take atleast 10 or more days.

I want my refund, coz i havent used device at all, its been on their service station most of the time.

They wasted my hell lot time, now i want refund and it also as soon as possible.
