I Have Purchase Internet Service From D2visp Here In Vadodara City. It Was Working Fine Before. But After I Have Upgrade Plan From 1Mbps To 2Mbps, I Am Facing Lots Of Problem. Initialy The Speed Was Not Good, So I Have Requested Them To Check For Issue Because I Have Paid For 2 Mbps Speed. They Told Me, Your Router Is Not Good Enough. I Have Also Bought New Router But Still They Are Not Able To Resolved The Issue. Somehow They Have Speed Related Issue But Then, They Have Not Configured The Router Properly At That Time And I Am Having Connectivity Problem. Last When Their Technician Came To My Home, They Have Updated Something In Router And My Connection Is Totally Gone. I Am Not Able To Connect In Any Matter Now. My Internet Connection Is Not Working Since Last 1 Month. I Have Call Their Head, TL And Even Their Help Desk. Everytime They Inform Me That, "our Technician Is Looking For That And Will Get Resolved Soon". It’s Almost 1 Month And I Dont Have Internet Connection. I Have Requested Them To Refund Me Back But They Inform Me To Wait Some Days. They Are Keep Following This Things Till 1 Month And On-one Able To Resolved The Issue. There Are Lots Of Loss Happend To Me Because Of This Connectivity Issue. They Are Even Not Reply Me On Mail And Not Solving The Issue And Not Refunding Me Money.
