My Complaint Description:
I purchased Andi 5c Iball mobile in Sep 2012 (Rs 13000) & screen got broken in sep 2014 since then i visited Mumbai & also in Rajasthan iball service centers…& they are telling that it cannot be repaired as parts are not available (only after 2 years of purchase) or will inform me when its available. Since 2014….till today (April 2016) i am following up with customer care but no action taken. Hence do not buy such products or services or even recommend…..though they have huge money to spend on film stars….
After so much of followup & escalating the matter to company executives, In may'16, customer service executive has given me Rs.1000 as a discount if i purchase any new mobile product from their website. Crazy guys.
Who will now purchase their product when they can't repair it…so plz don't spend a single rs on iball product. I wrote several time this complain since 18th Oct'14, since then no progress.
