Dear sir

I had withdrawn Rs. 5000/- from Bank of Baroda ATM, Maninagar Cross Road, Ahmedabad on 15.02.2016 between 7.30 pm to 8.00 pm but I got just Rs. 4000/- from ATM and there was a shortage of Rs. 1000/- hence I emailed my concern to ICIC Bank and even after frequent communication & followups I received their mail that my transaction was successful and they couldn't reverse my amount which was quiet surprising and shocking. I went to Police Station to lodge an FIR but they dint took my complaint and adviced me to contact Grahak Suraksha to solve this hence this complaint.
