My Complaint Description:
My father is holding a current account of amco (ahmedabad merchantile co-operative bank) and the account no.is #066015101003735. He also have a rupay debit card no.6071482015029326.
My brother (Jagdish Balani) had used the rupay debit card of amco bank in the ATM machine of ICICI bank on 5/3/2016 early in the morning to withdraw cash as i was hospitalised due to mild heart attack. He did two transactions, one of 5k and another of 10k. The cash dispensed was of only 5k and not of 10k. As per reports of icici bank, the transaction of 10k is successful and cash was dispensed. But as per my brother, he told only cash of 5k was dispensed and not of 10k when he compained to amco bank.
I complained to amco bank to ask Icici bank to send the cctv footage of the atm machine so it will be cleared that the cash was dispensed or not. Icici bank has sent photos taken when transaction of 10k happened and it is not even visible that the cash is dispensed or not.The photos where taken by a camera fitted in the atm machine and it shows the face of my brother only.
I dont know why Icici bank is not providing the cctv footage of the camera which is fitted on the ceiling of atm inside.
It will be easy for me to know that the cash was dispensed or not if they send the cctv footage of the camera which is fitted inside the atm ceiling.
My request to Grahak Suraksha is to ask icici bank to provide the cctv footage as soon as possible and resolve the issue.
