My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir.
I had deposited one Foreign currency cheque in ICICI bank Ltd, New CG road br.Chandkheda, in my saving account on 09.05.2014, the same amount was not credit in my saving account up to one and half month, when inquire at branch i came to know that my cheque was lost by bank officials during intransit. Branch officials tried to contact the issuing authority of the cheque for re issue of cheque but the competent authority do not take this issue seriously.
I have the acknowledgement in hard copy for the receipt of the cheque by bank officials.
I am really suffer a lot by financial assistance.

Bank officials are not giving the response of my email.
I am a serviceman and i donot get the time to visit branch, eventhough i had three times visited branch office but could not get the satisfactory answer.

Please help me in this regards.
