My Complaint Description:
I am using idea sim card.
I got free data from them for 7 days.
My data is not over and they deduct my balance.
When i am calling for complain in idea care on 23 march 2017 7:46 i connect with paras he give me responce like our system is not working now please tell me your problem after 2 hrs.
I understand and then after 3 hrs approx 10:45 pm i called another time to complain & feedback portal no 198 then also i am getting same responce so i tell him to pass the contact to supervisor he connect me after 5 minute to his supervisor named amit then he is check my detail.
So first think they speak me wrong.
After that a supervisor tell me for some technical issue we give you some data free and we know that then we get back and return it without informing you.
So in this type of situation customer can getting loss of money not company.
Then i am telling about to register a complaint on it then he talking round and round nmanf say u can not di complain for this.
This call is running for atleast 112 minute after many request he registered complain.
So another time he give a wrong information and waste my 10 hrs of time and also a lot of money.
This is second time i face this problem.
So i take this action to complain from u to idea cellular.
So please take a legal action against them.
Every data including my data usage, call list getting free data sms is saved in my mobile.
