When I complaintpaid plan connect i given deposit and when I complaintpaid plan cancelled, deposit not refund. l was meny time visit in idea store, but not positive replay, she said no given diposit.

My complain is about idea cellular. my balance deducted unnecessary without doing nothing. and reply i have got that done msg internationally which is fake. even no. they gave are in series . disgusting service i have ever received. customer care cut my call thrice and didn’t resolve complaint or refund my money
