Hello Sir, We are so frustrated about this IFB Company, Because my machine is not working since 2.5 months and we have AMC (annual maintenance Contract) for This IFB Washing Machine (sanorita Dx Model). But Company Authorised Person Didnot hear any one words. So We are planning for new machine.

    I had bought a washing machine TL-RDW 6.5 kg Aqua Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine on 22nd October, 2016 through Flipkart with a high expectation. But I got extremely disappointed to find the machine is of a very poor quality on usage.

    I may bring to your knowledge that it had started giving trouble after since day first, a complaint was lodged for “Drier not working” however; even after following up with IFB customer care multiple times; no one turned up to rectify the issue. Thereafter approx. after 20 days’ time the machine started giving trouble again (Touch Panel issue), a complaint was lodged and technician visited and advised malfunction of PCB and ordered the same part to IFB. After 3 – 4 days, he came with PCB part and when he opened the machine he found that touch keys were the culprit and not aligned with in-line buttons so; he adjusted the button and most of keys started working. But still wash key was having issue so; he assured to replace the upper panel and asked SM enterprises to order the part. Till here everything looks pretty cool!!

    As I am also facing drier issue since then the machine was purchased. I asked to check the same. He checked drier ad tried to dry some clothes but drier couldn’t dry the clothes and had been stopped several times even after adjusting clothes 6 – 7 times. He tried to make many attempts with no luck then he eventually said drier appeared to have some issue.

    It’s just 1.5 months now and you can see series of issues which I am going through. I even contacted to the given customer care to escalate the issue and every time I was told to get the call from their supervisor in next 30 minutes but so far I never received any call from IFB customer care.

    Regarding this series of issues, I also contacted Joginder Sharma(9312884692) who is Area executive of IFB and requested to replace the machine as the machine is just 1.5 month old. He clearly denied replacing it as its already been more than 1 month since I purchased this machine. How relevant is this statement for, is it my fault that no one visiting my place to address the issue?? You guys have given me faulty product ad want to cover the product in warranty ?? This is not acceptable at all ad I can’t get it repaired. It was hardly 15 days when I registered my second complain but nobody attempted to rectify so how can I be culprit here? It’s not my fault whether its 1 days or 10 day or 2 months, you guys are unnecessarily delaying the resolution ad never understand customer concern.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with working of this washing machine and even the after sale services of your company, because every time I lodged a complaint and I had to vigorously follow-up to get attended.

    Looking to my experience and the problem I faced with your substandard and low quality product, I am left with no choice but to return this machine at your cost and expense. Therefore, you are requested to kindly arrange to refund the entire amount which I paid for the purchase, as early as possible.

    An early action in the matter is requested as I have already gone through a lot of disturbance in my day-to-day life due to this machine and would like to get ride this headache.
