My Complaint Description:
I bought a infocus M330 online by Snapdeal.After 2 to 3 months my smartphone was not charging properly and also it's bettary drain fastly as comper to normal usage.That's why i gave my smartphone to offisial Infocus Service center for repairing under warrenty service on 21 october 2015. After 8 days they returned me my smartphone and said " your smartphone is now OK". I checked it on my home on the spot when reached at my home i found those issue again means they didn't repair my smartphone in 8 days.That's why i again submit my smartphone at Service Center for repairng again.After 11 days when i called them to know my smartphone's current status they said the part that they going to replaced by new one send from company is also faulty that's why i have to wait for around 10 days more to get back my smartphone . Even the company doesn't provide stand by smartphone for temperery use. Due to this such a bad service from company and service center , i have not other smartphone to use till i get back my phone so it's to difficult without my phone.
I hope Grahak surksha Kendra will take action against Company and Service Center.
