My Complaint Description:
I would like to submit herewith the following facts with a request to kindly look into the matter in the interest of justice.
I have purchased a new mobile from M/s. J. Kumar Marketing Limited vide Bill/Invoice No. JK/R/3378, dated 19-6-2015 with a total cost of Rs.15,000/- by cash transaction. I have gifted this Mobile to my Son who has achieved very good rank in the 12th standard. The model reference Number is M873 (MICROMAX MOBILE E471)911409300150704. Zerox copy of the aforesaid bill is enclosed herewith vide Annexure-A for your ready reference.

After I purchased the aforesaid latest mobile launched by Micro Max India Model No.Canvas Knite-2 M873 on 19-6-2015, it was observed that there was a speaker problem within month time and the speaker was not functioning in proper condition and was listening in very slow motion, but the mobile was in operative condition.
I then met the Dealer from whom I had purchased the aforesaid Model. He then directed me to approach Authorized Repair Centre at Micromax Service Center, Chinubhai Center, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. Accordingly, I met the concerned person of Authorized Service Centre. They advised to me contact over Toll free number 18002707788. Thereafter I contacted on toll free No. and their authorized representative visited at my home on 4th August,2015 and collected the aforesaid instrument from me and issued me a receipt vide No.1938 dt.04-08-2015 and assured me that they will repair it at the earliest possible and will return it to me at my residence.
Secondly, on repeated reminders/requests for early repairing, they are avoiding by giving negligent reply. Till the writing of this letter, the instrument is lying in their custody.
As the aforesaid instrument which I had purchased and is not functioning properly, and since when it is under Guarantee/ warranty period, I would like to request you to take up this matter with the respondents and direct them to give me new instrument at the earliest possible in the interest of justice. I am also request you to instruct the concerned respondents that if he fails to fulfill the requirements of the complainant within seven days from the date of issuance of notice from your office to them, the complainants shall have no other alternative, except to approach the appropriate legal forum at the cost and risk of the respondents.
