My Complaint Description:
I have purchased Micromax smartphne A114 on 1/6/2014 from Jasmin Infinite Trade Pvt.ltd.Baroda During June.2015 there was problem of software, hence it was updated by paying Rs.250/- to their authorised centre D.S.Mobile, Rajmahal Road, Baroda. Then after immediately in Aug.15 my mobile stop working. Again I have contacted D.S.Mobile & they told me that the mother board of mobile is out of order which is to be replace.I have replaced the same by paying Rs.3000/- For that they have not given me cash memo/ bill.
Now, again on 3rd Nov.15 my mobile became out of order. This time, when I have contacted M/s D.S.Mobile they informed me that the mother board of this mobile is out of order & I have to replace it.
M/s D.S. Mobile is not giving any cash memo/ bill receipt for any kind of job done at their end.
I have experienced that they are not genuine & trustworthy. Hence, I have contacted micromax customer care over phone as well as written email & instructed by them I have handed over my hand set to their another service centre at Baroda vide jobsheet no. W010933-1115-20432531 dated 24/11/15 & micromax given me complaint Reference no. as ticket id- 158526 dtd 24/11/15.
Now since Nov.15 I am following up the matter with Company as well as Baroda sevice Centre, but till date they have not repaired my hand set & not giving any proper reply.
You are requested to please help me out in the matter. Local service centre is now again demanding Rs.4500/- to get repaired my hand set.
