Dear Sir / Madam,

I want to lodge complaint against Bharti AXA General Insurance Company.
I purchased Hyundai I10 in the month of April 2015 and purchased car insurance from bharti AXA.
while purchasing insurance I was told this policy includes everything. As I had suffered from loss previously due to damage in floods, i specifically confirmed does this policy covers natural calamities like rain or earth quake and the guy said it covers damage due to natural calamities.
on the next day morning I received call from call center for confirmation of policy details. To be sure I again confirmed the same thing on phone does it covers damage due to natural calamities and I received same answer it includes damage due to natural calamities.

During rain my car battery was drained and i took my car to service center. I was surprised when the insurance agent at service center said my policy does not cover damage due to rain so if there is any job to be done it has to be paid by me.
I was lucky that there was no damage to engine and my car started just by charging the battery but I felt cheated.
I emailed to Bharti AXA for this but didn't receive any positive reply. I received call from them but they tried to confuse me rather than answering my question. when I asked for call recording they said they could not find any call from their end.

I want to get every type of damage cover included in my policy as i was told or refund of premium which I have paid. I hope you can help me as you have done for thousands of consumers.
