WE ARE INFORM YOU THAT OUR MEDICLAIM POLICY IN ORIENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY & PARAMOUNT HEALTH CENTER LAST 3 YEARS AND CURRENT YEARS POLICY HARD & SOFT COPY NOT SEND. EVERY YEARS THIS COMPANY DEBIT RENEWAL AMOUNT IN OUR ACCOUNT AFTER NOT SEND THIS COPY. I NO TRUSTED OUR DEBIT AMOUNT WHICH AGENT/MANAGER/BRANCH OFFICER/ACCOUNTANT ALL THE PERSON EATING OUR FUND.
I HAVE NOT KNOW WHICH OFFICE AUTO RENEWAL THIS POLICY.
PLEASE SIR HELP ME AND STRICT ACTION AGAINST ALL THE PERSON & COMPANY.
