Dear sir/mam, I am writing this complaint against Miracas International ltd. which is a apparel and accessory online shopping site with headquaters in Pune at the address Miracas Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, B1,Parmar Corner,Diamond Bakery Lane, Fatima Nagar Pune – 411040. the website of miracas is www.miracas.com. My complaint is I ordered two blazers worth rs 7771 order no. #069193 on 9th of October 2015. Sir, I ordered the items since i had a very impotant function on 19th of october followed by a function on 25th of October, sir it is mentioned on the website that the orders would be delivered within 7-12 days and in worst circumstances the ordered would be delivered in maximum 15 days, please check [miracas.com/content/1-delivery] but with huge grievance i am disappointed to say that i have not received the order till today when i am lodging the complaint that is even after 35 days of order confirmation. Sir, I have contacted the customer care more than three to four times every time I have to keep on calling for half an hours and two time the phone was picked once by employee name Sukanya and then by employee shivangi both of them did not give satisfactory answer and when i asked to speak to higher authorities either they said they are not available or they would contact me later which never happened. Sir the purpose for which i ordered the items was that i would get the items quick on the dates of my function which could not happen during first function the second function and even now when diwali celebrations and festival is over so now there is no use of the product for me. sir I wont the company to answer and resolve my grievances also i wont the company to repay the for the stress i have undergone calling the customer care every now and then and for the stress i had to bear and immediately purchase additional blazers specially for the function.
