My Complaint Description:
i have paid premium of rs.16985/- on 26.10.15 from icici bank and bank ref no is 854915912 for renewal of phase I of JIO SA ID 004528 but still we have not recd cards and policy.i have send 4-5 mails to jio and icici lombard but no any communication.
i have to lodge the claim also for medical exp but no any policy card no. and jio and icici lombard are not responding any answer.
More than 80 days has passed. If there is no controlon insurance company from JIO then they should not start this type of policy.
JIO is also responsible because people had paid to jio. it is spoiling the image of Jio also.
it is like just cheating with people

    It’s been more than 4 months we have paid for mediclaim but we have not received any confirmation mail or our Jio mediclaim card. So many follow up with monika but worst services. No proper response.

    Dear Sir / Madam ,

    Subject : Non –Receipt of Mediclaim Policy coverage for Rs.5 Lacs.

    Reg.: Jagrutiben Mangaldas Shah – Ahmedabad City

    This is to inform you that I have taken Medi-claim Policy from JIO in My above mentioned name. I have subscribed the said policy first time through an advertisement in FY 2014 . I have received all related documents from you for the policy. Policy Number was 240600/46/14/8500000093 .

    Further , I have renewed the said policy in FY 2015 . I have done the payment of premium on 28th Oct.2015 for Rs.16985 /- through RTGS for renewal. Copy of the bank statement is attached herewith for your reference . I have provided all the document for the availment of Flotter policy . Copy of the same is attached herewith.

    Unfortunately , till date have not received the policy as well as Mediclaim Card. I have also reminded many a times to ICICI Lombard General Insurance at Hyderabad and JIO , Mumbai through mail and telephone but they are not responding. JIO is not sending my medical policy details to Insurance company due to which even if I have sent my claim file to ICICI Lombard General Insurance at Hydrabad they could not re-imburse my medical expense . I have recd. SMS on 1st Feb.2016 on my registered mobile number that I will receive my medical Card and policy within Seven days but till date I have not received any thing.

    I am ill person and could not go alone. I have also no family member . I am requesting you to take my case on immediate basis otherwise I have to take some action or I will go to consumer court and also to IRDA that you are not reimbursing the medical expenses and there is delayed at your part.
