My Complaint Description:
We have taken plan broadband connection of 2mbps from DHANAVI INTERNET SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD on dated 10th sep 2015.
We are getting below problems from dhanvi.
1. They have suggested plan of 2mbps But hardly we are getting speed below 1 mbps. many time lower than 500kbps. We have registered complains many time for it but they haven't solved our problems.
2. Local network engineer who is assigned to solve our problems he never receiving our call,
3. We have registered complain online 2 times on dated 16th sep and 18 sep. But they are closing this complain without the solving issue.
4. If we are registering for the new connection or renew connection they are taking payment before one day for new connection. But When we are demanding refund on discontinue of plan, they are demanding 45 days.
5. We have done payment on 10th sep and they have registered the plan is started on 10th sep. But actually they have started connection on 11th sep evening.
Right now we are frustrated by calling many time to customer care and local engineer But not getting any help from them.
Please do some help in this case we need to get cash back within short time. and take some action so general public will not suffer like us.
