or your information, its already too much delay kindly do the needful ASAP
I have summit my Intex AQUA 4G Plus (White) with IMEI/Serial #: 911445101537863 on 04/08/2016 in S G Solution Rohini Sector -2 Delhi. With Job sheet No. 608045360005T001. for issue of display Break. they said it got repaired Only Rs.1600/- Then i was summit my phone to them. & As per the Service center statement they give return my product within one week. & I have called many times to service center but they will not picked up any calls. then yesterday i went to the service center they are saying my phone got dead while repairing. & please let my know in this case where was my fault.Why i bear the loss.
They offered me Aqua Power 4g phone instead of my original aqua 4g +. Which they offered this phone very low configuration & they also charged Rs. 1600. for this.
I have returned Aqua Power 4g to them. Because i don't want this phone. They also not given me my old phone any parts. & also not given any job sheet. Kindly explain what should id do in this case.
Today I have raised complaint to customer care complaint no. 2016824101741130PRSW
If you will not taken any action against the same issue, then i will take an legal action/complaint in consumer court.
