Do read this before purchasing INTEX any products.
I have purchased intex aqua power hd smart phone on 27/10/2015.. only after 10 days trouble starts in phone. Hanging problem and auto switch off. When I visited service station they checked and returned me in 20min nd said software is updated now It wll not create any problem.
After that in january month problem again started in charging. It was showing charger is connected but no effect on bateery. It remains same percentage.
On 5th february I submitted phone for repairing at gurukul, ahmedabad service station. Nd they found out prb in PCB , battery nd charger. Via jobsheet no 602053003038t001 They told it will be repaired within 15days.
On 23/02/2016 I recieved one sms. I was shocked by text as it was written that your phone receieved with job sheet no 602033003035t001.
I ran away to service centre to ask the explanation. They said back camera and headphone jack not workig. So they created new job heet to ask spares from company nd promise to give me cel by 29th.
They failed to do so.
on 29th I contaced to customer care. Nd they booked my complain with ref no 201622911506857JEYAE
They told me I wil get call back from compang fr proper response nd solution of my prb. But till date I havnnt recvd any call. And when I contacted they are telling to wait some more days as spares are not available even at company head office. Nd they are not taking any action fr same.
They also dont have persons at customer care who can ans something relaible
And I am suffering huge business loss without cel phone from 1month and 3 days
As my business is of event organization,nd I receive all orders on phone only
