Jain International Organization had offered Mediclaim policy on behalf of Insurance company on the name of "Shravak Aarogyam". Now, for Renewal I have transfered the amount in JIO's account on 13th November 2015 from my IDBI Bank account to their Axis Bank account. as per below Details
I have made payment for My father Mr. Praful Mehta (senior Citizen) by mistake under Individual policy. which is contraversal as per policy. Details are mentioned below :
