I am Avani Soni,Residing in Ahmedabad ,Area Vasna,
Yesterday i have called up to Taxi for sure service for cab at 12:50 PM ( Date: 11/01/2016 ) ,I was told by them to wait for cab for next 20 min, And i have also got information that I will get call from taxi driver in next 5 min, After 10 min of wait Driver had given me Missed call on my no 9558300205, I have called back, He said he didn't have enough balance on his cell so he gave missed call.Cab was arrived on time at 1:15 PM AT my place , i went down and checked outside , The cab was left empty without driver, I tried calling driver twice but he was disconnecting my calls, i had waited for more than 10 min, Driver came to car and i have asked him the reason for late coming, He started Abusing me in very very bad words,and who also told me in loud voice that you have not bought me and getlost. This words are spoken by that driver, there were road crowd, my guest were around and he started all this. I told him to calm down and warned him stop abusing , He locked himself in car, and didnt tell us to seat, We were standing on road as it is. Suddenly i have received sms on my mobile that Due to my non response they are cancelling my request of cab,In fact i was standing beside the cab at the same time.I called up Taxi for sure customer care of Ahmedabad 4 to 5 times and requested to transfer my call to some senior, after 6th try i reached to right person to talk,he wrote my complain, in the evening i got call from head office of them from Mumbai and they told me to give them time of 24 hours to resolve the issue, today i received the call and they told me that they will assure in future that they will not repeat the same mistake and they driver also left warned, This is not the solution of my problem, i have told them to arrange call from the CEO or owner of the the Taxi for sure to speak to me for this matter or i suggested them that i want apologies from that driver who had abused a Girl in front of road crowd, They haven't responded yet, I would request Grahak surksha team to investigate in this matter and i want justice as customer i have faced this trouble without my fault or mistakes i am been abused by their driver.
