My Complaint Description:
I bought Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus online. After some time The mobile stopped to work so I went to my nearest service center at Junagadh and submit my mobile to Karbonn service center for repairing purpose. They took my phone and keep it with them for many days, When I visit to their service center they told me shocking news that your mobile is water damage . Actually It was not water damaged so I went to Rajkot at 16 November 2015 and submit my mobile to Tarang techno which is authorized service center of Karbonn Mobile.
When I was submitting my mobile the executive told me It may take maximum 30 days to repair. I told it is ok. After 25 Days of submitting my mobile I called to their Customer care they told me to wait for more 10 days. Then again after 5 days I called they gain told me to wait more 10 days. After this It became their Regular answer. They Always Told me to wait maximum 10 days. I was became frustrated to listing their answer wait 10 days wait 10 days….
Actually their policy is Maximum 30 days for repair.
I called Tarang techno at 03/01/2016 they told me your mobile is on the way and it is in transit It will Took Maximum 5 days.
But after 12 day I went to them but still they don’t have mobile. Still they are telling me to wait more 15 days.
But I don’t want to wait anymore. Kindly do something for me.
I don’t want this mobile back please arrange me money reward against it. I don’t want any product of this fraud company anymore. Because they left nothing to mentally torturer me .They made me fully frustrated.
