RESPECTED SIR,

I AM MAHESHBHAI RAVAL FROM NARODA, AHMEDABAD
I DESCRIBE MY PROBLEMS BELOW..

HERE I BUY SPLENDOR I SMART-110 IN KARNAVATI SHOWROOM BAPUNAGAR IN FULL CASH RS.62000.
AFTER ONE WEEK I FOUND PROBLEM IN BIKE THERE IS FUEL METER DOES NOT WORK. AFTER 2-5 DAYS I SHOW IT IN KARNAVATI BIKES SHOWROOM.
THEY REPLIED THAT DO NOT WORRY IT IS SOLVE IN 1ST BIKE SEVICE ,WHICH IS AFTER 500KM READING.
I SEND BIKE FOR SERVICE AFTER 500KM AND SHOW THE PROBLEM THEY REPLIED WE FIX THIS PROBLEM.BUT RESULT WAS -THERE IS NOT FIX PROBLEM.
AFTER TWO DAYS I GO BACK TO KARNAVATI AND SHOW THE PROBLEM BUT REPLY WAS PUT YOUR BIKE HERE AND RECIEVE AFTER TWO DAYS.
BUT I DIDN'T GOT RESULT.THESE IS DONE THREE TIMES.I SHOW MY BIKE TO PRIVATE BIKE SERVICE THEY CHECK BIKE AND REPLIED THAT FUEL METER GUAGE NOT WORK PROPERLY, THEY NEED TO CHANGE.
FINALLY I MET TO MANAGER OF KARNAVATI BIKES AND SAID EVERY THING BUT DOES NOT FOUND SOLUTION BUT HE SAID THAT IT IS MINOR PROBLEM DONT WORRY, ITS OK YAAR. MY THROAT IS "IF I PAID FULL MONEY THEN WHY YOU DOES NOT GIVE OK BIKE"
I WEST MY TIME BEHIND THEM BUT DOEN'T GOT RESULT.
FINALLY I DECIDE TO CONTECT CONSUMER COMPLAINT AND HOPE FOR JUSTICE.
