My Complaint Description:
I had purchase new Wagon R But only in five months my cars front wheel got damaged and when i informed maruti about this they send me directly to Apollo tyres and they give me no response is this service did maruti give to their customers that only in five months their tyres get damaged look into this at high priroty because i totally fed up with this service

    I Purchased MARUTI EECO 5 Seater Car on 07th October 2016from your authorized showroom at KIM. I booked my car on 04th October 2016. During booking I opted to install car accessories. I paid for Car Amount & Accessories Amount before delivery. However due to mismanagement of your sales/marketing/etc department I didn’t get my accessories installed till now as on 13th October 2016. On inquiry I came to know that there were not Accessories Kit with them.

    You are requested to do needful.

  2. I purchased maruti alto800 during number plate fixing no positive response given by your service engineer my appointment fixed on 1st DEC. I was not attand that day for my another important work. So I am go to next day for number plate fixing but my number plate not fitted due to over date .

    I was expecting a reply on my trail mail. Anyhow I could fathom quite easily that ,what your service after complaint purchase..Its been seven days to my vehicle, yet to receive my money of Rs 2 lakh and accessories of RS 20000 , Car started showing problem from rear side with a loud sound but You people don’t bothered to make a call and ask.. Even i got a call from Nexa for same.. My mail was only to ask you what next step i will take to rectify but no body cares as you have sold the Car. Why do you keep customer support assistant and quality control manager if they could to address the grievance of customer..

    Request Kataria and Nexa to take up the issue.. its a copy of mail

  5. 30/11/18 light show in my Swift,car chq in your katariya automobiles chikhli station he chq car and say oil level is right now but oil pump switch is not available you go and come after 3-4 days but in between engine light on and car break down on road I have job card with no remarks,I am talking with every coustmer care manager but response is bad he say lobour charge pay by katariya automobiles but parts amount not pay but this is not coustmer foult, please help me
