My Complaint Description:
Hi,this is Mr. Aniruddha Mitra (+91 7033 298 431 / +91 9674 467 611)& I’ve an Ola account with the second no by the name “Nabo”.

I’d like to share the last experience I had with your services.

1. Booked Cab by “Ride Later” option on 5th Aug for scheduled departure at 3:00 PM,6th Aug.
CRN: 108090055

2. As per your rule, confirmation about cab no, driver contacts are provided 15 minutes prior to the journey.
I didn’t get any confirmation till 3:00 PM.

3. Called Customer care(Ola Kolkata: +9133-3355-3355) they sent message:
Driver: Mr. Santu Sharma (+91 9804 749 707)
Car no: WB 19 F 9902

4. Called driver & he directly said, “I can’t come. Your area is beyond the boundary of Ola service.”

5. Again called Customer Care & she said me to hold the call as she has to discuss with the driver.
After she informed me, this driver is not coming & she’s trying to a lot me other cab.
Kept the call holding for more than 10 minutes & finally she told me that no cab can be provided for the time being & that is nearly around 4:00 PM

6. I had to go Howrah Railway station to catch train for Jamshedpur (Steel City Express, Train No.12813 PNR: 6243418325 )

Just because of your negligence in service I missed my train.

7. If the area was really out of Ola service Boundary,
a)Why was booking get confirmed easily?
b) Why was I not informed at least 2 hours before the journey commencement?
c) Whom should I ask for my compensation?

  3. Hi I have experienced a uncomfortable service with Ola shuttle Noida.don’t use this disgusting service provider
    that created lots of mental agony and stress.Today, Morning I booked a cab towards a drop point noida city centre on 19 feb 2016 SRN830101 at 7:13 am ..got a confirmation with details of cab no DL1VA8166 pick up time 7:36 am.
    This whole.odessey, I lost 45 minutes due to which I missed my importan Clint and project i losses 2500.and late of my office due to half day.When called customer support they told that cab is on the way.again i called customer support after a long hold they shared supervisor no.when icalled supervisor at 7:55, but he told that some thing happened between cab drivers and auto union at amrpali zodiac sec 119 gate so he can’t come.he will not pickup at amrpali zodiac.but at the same time i was at amrpali zodiac and nothing happned between cab driver and auto union.he told me to come police chauki 1.5 km distance from amrpali zodiac.that time it was 8.18 am.and i was late by aprox 40 min.i missed my Clint and project.my total loss is 3000.only only ola is responsible for this.i got a mail in evening regarding invoice of ride…but i today don’t use ola shuttle. i reached my office by best service provider Uber cab.i really observed very worst service provider ola.

  4. Hi,

    This is very bad experience from OLA. first of all the diver refused to take 3 luggage. However it is mentioned in the OLA site that 2-3 luggage are allowed. The behavior of the driver was rude and it was like we are taking a ride without paying any money. The booking id is CRN1118937946 and the name of the driver and other details are mentioned below. After that during drop, the location got changed because there was road block by police and unable to drop at the requested location. So we were bound to change the drop location(we agreed with extra payment) but the driver refused to drop at the changed location. This is kind of harassment and filled with frustration. After so many request (more of a begging)the driver finally agreed to drop us at the new location. Is it the expected behavior from a OLA cab driver. Not sure after this horrible experience i will ever be able to book OLA again. UBER is much better i guess.

    If you care about the customer then you will take proper action and reply me back else don’t bother and ignore the mail.
