My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,
I am holding creditcard of kotak bank with CRN: 43328942. in spite of activation DND in my phone i get call frequently. I was in hospital as father in law was in ICU for 20 days in CIMS hospital and my card was lost. i got 1 message and mail regarding transaction immediately i called customer care and blocked my card. mean while my card was used up to 9500/- after calling several time in customer care lastly i was asked to raised dispute along with form and mail. meanwhile i was torchered my the bank thru call for payment every time i informed them for wait till i get reply of my dispute. in next bill late payment charges etc made my amount to 11387(9500+1887) . lastly my complaint got closed as i have shared my password to some body and transaction was made by using secure password and i am liable to pay for the same. you can check my usage and payment mode i am very much punctual in it. also this crn no is of my bank a/c i had not made any auto debit request still my a/c gets directly debited for credit card payment so i stopped maintaining average balance. my loan for bajaj finace is continued for next 2 months so i need to continue with this bank a/c. as per non maintenance i am charged for the bank non maintenance as well so . i double punished. They call me and tell me that if i will not make payment of credit card my cibil score will effect. They force me do make payment for which i had never used. Pls provide proper justice and resolution of my complaint. already my father in passed away and we are mentally disturbed and i get harassed by the bank call as well. Although i have 3723 rewards point but i am unable to use it as card blocked . they send me new card but i am not willing to continue any more.
