Dear Honda Associates,
Myself Purav Hasmukhbhai Patel having HONDA AMAZE 1.5 E MT I DTEC.

Dear
I had accident with my car and gave it to Landmark Honda Service station, S G highway, Ahmedabad for Body and paint work on 21st Feb 2013.
I had talk with receptionist (Deval Patel) about this matter. She asked me to whether to do service as well, But after checking previous service details, she denied to do regular service. Service is not due at this time, she replied me. We both agree to do only accidental work.
Then, she appoints Mr. jignesh Patel for my car. I had already told him to do this accidental work under insurance cover. I show him car insurance policy as well. He told me this insurance will not cover full amount. I have to pay almost 25-30% of total amount. I agree to pay remaining amount. Then he made job card. I went to Insurance department (3rd floor) for recheck and re-confirm to pay extra payments as well. I was told same from there as well. And then I agree to pay almost 30% of total expenses. He suggest me for geeting 100% claim amount, From the next premium pay extra add ones amount.
As on today 22nd feb 2014, When I went to take my car from the service station, they are cheating me. No one (Maheshsinh rathod & jigneshbhai & krunal bhai) agree with the words Jigneshbhai spoke to me yesterday. They are saying to pay full amount. They are saying we hadn’t talk about services under insurance cover in this case. Now they are said, they are not taking any accidental car for insurance claim at their service center. They told, generally these kinds of cars for repairing purpose were sent to another showroom. Which was not told me yesterday. They are making such kind of excuses.
I am not worry about money, but the problem is they are cheating with me. I own two Honda cars., Amaze, and Civic. Just before 10 days, my friend bought new Honda City from same showroom as I guide him. Now how can I trust these kinds of people?
