My Complaint Description:
I had xolo a500 mobile of lava international ltd. One day it’s display broken. So i asked to lava customer care for repairing my mobile. They told me that they will picked up my mobile from my home. So i gave my mobile to FEDEX courier company. Fedex sent it to lava service center within two days. After two days i got mail from Lava international ltd. that they got my mobile from fedex. And they asked me for online payment about 1375 Rs. I paid all amount via RTGS to their account which given to me on my mail. After months when i asked them for mobile they told me they have no status regarding my mobile. After payment i called them more then 25 times, but they never replied me when they will deliver my mobile to me.
